An experienced professional is needed to perform advanced imaging procedures in a busy nuclear medicine setting. This assignment involves both mobile and on-site work, serving multiple premier healthcare sites over a 13-week contract beginning April 1, 2026. There are two open positions for Nuclear Medicine/PET CT Technologists.

Schedule options include:

  • Mobile Route: Four 10-hour shifts, rotating between four sites
  • On-Site/Parked: Five 8-hour shifts at a single campus

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT imaging studies according to physician protocols and regulatory standards
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring accuracy and patient safety
  • Verify physician orders and prepare patients for procedures, including explaining processes and addressing questions
  • Process scans and collaborate with radiologists for image interpretation
  • Document and maintain accurate patient records and imaging data in compliance with facility and regulatory requirements
  • Follow safety protocols related to radiation exposure and hazardous materials

Qualifications:

  • Current certification by NMTCB or ARRT(N)
  • Additional certification: ARRT(R), ARRT(CT), or NMTCB(CT)
  • Valid New Jersey state licenses in both Nuclear Medicine and Radiology
  • Recent, hands-on experience with Nuclear Medicine, PET/CT, and multi-site or mobile imaging work preferred
  • Proven proficiency in patient care, technical imaging skills, and teamwork
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities

This contract offers a competitive pay range between $3,600 and $4,000 per week, commensurate with experience and schedule selection.
