Advance your career as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in a key role supporting a well-equipped imaging department. This position is ideal for an independent technologist confident in running Nuclear Medicine (NM) procedures autonomously. The department’s manageable volume offers a focused environment, allowing you to make a direct impact on patient care and departmental quality.

Schedule:

  • 36 hours per week: 7:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday
  • Four 9-hour shifts with Fridays off
  • No on-call responsibilities

Qualifications & Desired Skills:

  • Extensive experience in Nuclear Medicine Technology
  • Comfortable working independently in a solo technologist setting
  • Competence with Monthly QC, Leak Testing, and active attendance at Quarterly Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) meetings
  • Familiarity with Siemens E Gamma Cameras and standard Hot Lab NM equipment
  • Ability to perform NM stress tests and general NM studies with confidence
  • Additional CT experience strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of Nuclear Medicine procedures with minimal supervision
  • Conduct quality control checks and leak testing per regulatory and departmental standards
  • Oversee preparation and technical performance of 3–4 NM stress tests and 1–2 general NM studies weekly
  • Attend quarterly RSO meetings and maintain compliance documentation
  • Adapt to a flexible workflow, supporting other modalities if cross-trained (especially CT)
  • Maintain equipment and safety protocols in the Hot Lab
