Key Qualifications:

  • Valid certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (ARRT or NMTCB)
  • Completion of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program
  • Experience with imaging equipment, radiopharmaceuticals, and safety protocols
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, imaging procedures, and radiation safety practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with medical teams and patients
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workflow in a clinical setting

Schedule & Hours:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform a range of nuclear medicine procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
  • Administer radiopharmaceuticals and monitor patient responses during imaging processes
  • Operate imaging equipment and prepare imaging reports for physician review
  • Ensure equipment maintenance and calibration, maintaining high standards of image quality
  • Monitor patient safety and well-being throughout procedures, adhering to all regulatory standards
  • Accurately maintain records and documentation related to patient information and imaging results
  • Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other staff in a multidisciplinary clinical team
