Qualifications & Experience
- Current and valid certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMTCB or ARRT-N required)
- State of Michigan license or eligibility
- Previous experience in hospital or major healthcare settings preferred
- Strong imaging and analysis skills in Nuclear Medicine procedures
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to adapt to new protocols and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a broad range of imaging procedures using advanced nuclear medicine techniques
- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals as needed
- Analyze images, prepare reports, and ensure accurate documentation
- Monitor patients’ condition and respond to emergent situations
- Maintain strict adherence to safety, infection control, and radiation safety standards
- Collaborate closely with radiologists, referring physicians, and other healthcare professionals
