Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Nuclear Medicine imaging procedures following established protocols and safety standards.
- Administer radiopharmaceuticals and monitor patient reactions during diagnostic procedures.
- Accurately document imaging results and maintain detailed patient records.
- Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Maintain equipment and troubleshoot minor technical issues.
- Educate patients and families regarding the procedure while ensuring their comfort and safety.
Qualifications:
- Current certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology (CNMT or ARRT-N)
- Valid, unrestricted state license (as applicable)
- Minimum of one year’s experience in a hospital or clinical imaging department
- Demonstrated proficiency with a variety of imaging equipment and PACS systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
