Step into a dynamic imaging role utilizing your expertise as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, supporting patient care across advanced Nuc Med and PET/CT procedures. This 13-week contract offers a unique schedule and the opportunity to work in well-equipped clinical environments.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Monday – Wednesday: 10-hour shifts
  • Saturday: 10-hour shift (approximate 1 hour and 45-minute commute)
  • Off Days: Thursday, Friday, and Sunday

Qualifications:

  • Valid Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification (NMTCB or ARRT)
  • Active California State License required
  • Proficiency in Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT imaging techniques
  • Strong understanding of radiopharmaceutical preparation and safety protocols
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing patient-centered care

Responsibilities:

  • Operate imaging equipment and perform diagnostic Nuc Med and PET/CT procedures according to physician orders and established protocols
  • Administer radiopharmaceuticals as required while maintaining patient safety
  • Accurately document and maintain patient records in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other clinical staff to ensure high-quality outcomes
  • Educate patients on exam procedures and address any questions or concerns
  • Assist with daily room and equipment preparation and sanitation
