Key Qualifications:
- ARRT or NMTCB certification (Nuclear Medicine)
- Previous experience in an Imaging – Nuclear Medicine setting
- Strong knowledge of current nuclear medicine imaging technology and safety protocols
- Active state licensure as required
- BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures per physician orders
- Prepare, administer, and document radioactive isotopes in accordance with practice and safety standards
- Operate imaging equipment; evaluate image quality for optimal diagnostic outcomes
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and radiation safety standards
- Collaborate closely with radiologists, physicians, and fellow care team members
