Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT or equivalent)
- Registered or certified in Nuclear Medicine Technology
- Proficient in using nuclear imaging equipment and administering radiopharmaceuticals
- Strong understanding of imaging protocols, safety, and radiation protection procedures
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in nuclear medicine imaging preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members
- Excellent communication and patient care abilities
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of nuclear medicine procedures in accordance with physician orders and department protocols
- Prepare and administer radioactive isotopes for imaging and therapeutic purposes
- Operate imaging equipment, ensuring proper calibration and performance
- Monitor patient responses during and after procedures, providing reassurance and information as needed
- Adhere strictly to radiation safety guidelines for patient and staff safety
- Document all procedures and patient data accurately in compliance with regulatory standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of imaging suite and equipment
- Participate in quality assurance and ongoing educational activities

$2,372 - $2,509/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
