• Current certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology (CNMT or ARRT-NM)
• Proven experience performing nuclear medicine procedures, both routine and specialized
• Strong knowledge of imaging equipment operation, quality assurance, and safety protocols
• Proficiency in handling radiopharmaceuticals and maintaining accurate records
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other team members
• Active BLS certification (required)
• Ability to demonstrate compassionate patient care and technical precision in all assignments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare and position patients for nuclear medicine imaging studies in accordance with physician orders
• Administer radiopharmaceuticals while following established safety standards
• Operate imaging equipment to obtain clear, diagnostically useful images
• Document procedures, patient responses, and maintain required reports and logs
• Monitor and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring functionality and regulatory compliance
• Provide guidance and reassurance to patients throughout procedures, explaining technical processes as needed
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to deliver integrated patient care
