Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT or ARRT-N required)
  • Valid, active state licensure as applicable
  • Strong background in nuclear medicine imaging procedures and protocols
  • Recent experience operating nuclear medicine imaging equipment and administering radiopharmaceuticals
  • Demonstrated knowledge of safety protocols and quality assurance regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interactions
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of nuclear medicine diagnostic imaging procedures according to established standards
  • Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals with strict adherence to safety and quality guidelines
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all procedures, patient data, and imaging results
  • Operate equipment, monitor patients during imaging, and address patient questions and concerns
  • Collaborate with radiologists and referring providers to ensure accurate and timely diagnostic results
  • Maintain equipment, maintain an organized work area, and participate in quality assurance initiatives
