Schedule:

• Days, 5x8 hour shifts per week

Qualifications:

• Current ARRT certification in Nuclear Medicine (ARRT N) and/or Radiography (ARRT R)
• Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Prior experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, with proficiency in nuclear imaging protocols and equipment
• Strong attention to patient safety and infection control standards
• Ability to effectively interact with patients, colleagues, and physicians

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate nuclear medicine and general imaging equipment to perform diagnostic studies as ordered by physicians
• Prepare and administer radioactive isotopes, adhering to strict safety procedures
• Collaborate with radiologists to achieve high-quality images for diagnostic interpretation
• Explain imaging procedures and ensure patient comfort throughout the exam
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with department protocols
• Adhere to regulatory, safety, and privacy standards at all times
