Schedule:
- Days, 5x8 hour shifts per week
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (ARRT N) or Radiologic Technologist (ARRT R)
- Current and valid BLS certification
- Demonstrated experience in nuclear medicine imaging procedures
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a variety of nuclear medicine imaging studies in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals for both diagnostic and therapeutic purposes
- Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout all imaging procedures
- Maintain and calibrate equipment to ensure optimal image quality and regulatory compliance
- Accurately document imaging procedures in patient records
- Provide clear communication and support to patients, explaining processes and addressing questions as needed
