Key Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
- Demonstrated proficiency in nuclear medicine imaging, especially PET/CT and cardiac nuclear medicine procedures
- Experience operating advanced imaging equipment and adhering to established protocols
- Strong knowledge of radiation safety standards
- Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Excellent organizational and patient interaction skills
- Active BLS certification preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare, administer, and document radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic imaging
- Perform high-quality PET/CT and cardiac nuclear medicine studies following best practices
- Accurately analyze, process, and transmit imaging results for physician review
- Maintain meticulous patient records and imaging logs
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety guidelines
- Provide compassionate care and clear instructions to patients throughout imaging procedures
- Maintain equipment and monitor its operation for optimal safety and functionality
- Participate in departmental quality assurance and process improvement initiatives

$25,774 - $27,173/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
