Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm

Desired Qualifications:

  • NMTCB or ARRT (N) certification required
  • Active NYS License in Nuclear Medicine Technology
  • Current BLS CPR certification
  • Familiarity with GE Nuclear Medicine cameras, Biodex Dose calibrator, EPIC, NMIS, and Xeleris
  • Strong understanding of radiation physics, patient safety, and isotope administration
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, administer, and document radiopharmaceuticals according to NY DOH and Federal guidelines
  • Operate SPECT and SPECT/CT imaging systems
  • Maintain rigorous equipment quality control in accordance with ACR standards
  • Educate patients and effectively communicate with referring physicians and team members
  • Ensure compliance with safety, infection prevention, and confidentiality policies
  • Perform IV starts, inject radioisotopes, and manage documentation in EPIC and PACS
  • Participate in licensing documentation and waste disposal processes
