This 13-week travel opportunity is tailored for professionals eager to broaden their clinical exposure and collaborate within a dynamic healthcare team. You'll gain invaluable experience floating between general nuclear medicine and PET CT procedures while working with both inpatient and outpatient populations, including cardiac, GI, pulmonary, oncology, and emergency patients.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Day shift: 5x8s
  • Start between 6:30 am - 8:00 am; end at 5:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a broad range of nuclear medicine and PET CT scans for diverse patient populations
  • Float seamlessly between general nuclear medicine and PET workflows; PET is typically an independent workflow
  • Collaborate with 2-3 techs per day in general/cardiac; handle 5 PET patients daily as an independent tech
  • Accurately document and manage patient information using charting systems
  • Adhere to safety protocols and deliver compassionate care to all patients

Qualifications:

  • Current Nuclear Medicine Technology certification
  • Proficiency in both general nuclear medicine and PET CT preferred
  • Familiarity with EPIC, GE 850, McKesson PACS, and Nuc Trak systems preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team
