Desired Qualifications:
- Current certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology (CNMT or ARRT-N required)
- Valid and unrestricted state license to practice as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
- Previous experience in Nuclear Medicine Imaging in a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of imaging protocols, safety practices, and radiopharmaceutical handling
- Professional, adaptable, and able to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine imaging following physician orders and established procedures
- Administer radiopharmaceuticals and monitor patient safety before, during, and after procedures
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment according to safety and quality standards
- Accurately document procedures and maintain patient records
- Work collaboratively with radiologists, physicians, and teams to ensure optimal patient care
- Educate patients on procedures and ensure a comfortable experience
