Seeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist with strong imaging skills to provide high-quality diagnostic services. This contract opportunity requires expertise in advanced nuclear medicine procedures and a commitment to patient-centered care in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • On Call: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday until 6:00 p.m.
  • No weekend rotation
  • Holiday coverage required if scheduled shift falls on a holiday

Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (ARRT(N) or NMTCB)
  • Recent experience in hospital-based nuclear medicine imaging
  • Proficient in a range of nuclear medicine diagnostic procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and collaborative abilities
  • Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Responsibilities:

  • Operate nuclear medicine equipment and prepare radiopharmaceuticals for patient procedures
  • Accurately capture and document high-quality diagnostic images
  • Provide compassionate care, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout procedures
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to coordinate imaging services and deliver timely results
  • Maintain equipment, adhere to radiation safety protocols, and uphold all regulatory standards
  • Participate in on-call duties as scheduled and provide support during holiday shifts as needed
