An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist to support a dynamic and high-volume PETCT department. This 13-week contract position is perfect for a skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to contribute to a dedicated imaging team starting as soon as June 2nd—or earlier if available.

Schedule & Hours:

  • Day shift hours
  • 5 days per week
  • Expected 40 hours weekly
  • No on-call or holiday shifts
  • Weekends as scheduled

Qualifications & Certifications:

  • Current certification: CNMT (NMTCB) or ARRT(NM)
  • Proven experience in Nuclear Medicine and PETCT imaging procedures
  • Proficiency in IV starts and hot lab operations
  • Expertise in IV and oral contrast administration, as well as operation of MEDRAD FDG Injector
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with an ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct PETCT scans, including skull base to midthigh (with and without contrast), whole body evaluations, infection assessments, PSMA, NET, Cerianna, brain Amyvid, sarcoidosis, and myocardial perfusion imaging
  • Manage a busy imaging schedule, performing up to 23 procedures per day on a single scanner
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging processes
  • Accurately document imaging protocols and patient data
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, radiologists, and other clinical staff to ensure precise test results and optimal workflow
