An opportunity is available for a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with strong imaging skills in nuclear medicine. This contract assignment is based in Lincoln, NE, and offers the chance to work with advanced imaging equipment in a dynamic department.

Qualifications & Certifications:
- Current BLS certification.
- ARRT (NM) or CNMT certification required.
- Preferred but not required: ARRT RT(R), CT, or MR certifications.
- Valid driver’s license required to verify residency within a 50-mile radius.
- Candidates may not hold full-time, part-time, or PRN status at any facility affiliated with CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity.
- Compliance with fingernail policy: artificial nails are prohibited in patient care areas.
Department & Equipment:
- Facilities include one Nuclear Medicine room and PET.
- Additional imaging modalities in the department include MRI (2 rooms), CT (3 rooms), XR (2 rooms plus portables), IR (2 rooms), Mammo (2 rooms), and support for endoscopy and OR imaging needs.
- The department utilizes GE Discovery 630 Dual Head 2015 NM and GE PET 8 2005 systems.
- EMR and PACS systems include Epic and McKesson.
Responsibilities:
- Perform varied Nuclear Medicine imaging studies with accuracy and clinical excellence.
- Engage with the multi-modality team and adapt to occasional floating duties if holding additional licenses.
- Maintain radiation safety using badges provided by the client.
- Participate in a 1-3 shift orientation tailored to the unit.
- Adhere to department scheduling templates—no self-scheduling available.
- No weekend, holiday, or on-call shifts for Nuclear Medicine.
- Respond to standby calls within 30 minutes when required.
