Nuclear Medicine Tech - Lititz, Pennsylvania

A specialized opportunity is available for a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in a highly active PET/CT department, offering a dynamic work environment with a maximum of 23 scans per day on one scanner. This 13-week contract position is ideal for professionals certified in Nuclear Medicine, ready to contribute to advanced imaging services.

Schedule & Hours:

• Day shift, 5 days per week
• Approximately 40 hours weekly
• No weekends, holidays, or on-call duties
• No parking fees

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform PET/CT scans including skull base to midthigh with and without contrast, whole body scans, and specialized scans such as PSMA, NET, Cerianna, Amyvid, Sarcoidosis, and Myocardial Perfusion
• Administer IV and oral contrast safely and efficiently
• Operate MEDRAD FDG injector equipment with precision
• Manage hot lab procedures and ensure quality control
• Maintain compliance with Nuclear Medicine protocols and safety regulations
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver accurate imaging results

Qualifications and Experience:

• Certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology: CNMT or ARRT (N) required
• Strong IV start skills and hot lab experience
• Proficiency with PET/CT equipment and imaging protocols
• Ability to handle high patient volumes effectively
• Excellent attention to detail and patient care focus

This contract position begins June 2nd, with potential flexibility for an earlier start date. No call or holiday work is required, making this a stable daytime role.
