Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic Nuclear Medicine/PET CT procedures using radionuclides and radiopharmaceuticals under physician guidance.
- Operate Siemens PET/CT, GE General Nuclear Medicine software, and Spectrum Dynamics DSPECT systems.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as hospital policies.
- Produce high-quality diagnostic images for specific body parts.
- Demonstrate skill in venipuncture and maintain accurate patient documentation in the EPIC system.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
Qualifications:
- Licensed by the State of Massachusetts Radiation Control Board.
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (Nuclear).
- And/or certified by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board.
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (CT), preferred.
- CPR certified (BLS).
- Proficiency with EPIC, Siemens PET/CT, GE, and Spectrum Dynamics DSPECT.
- Prior travel, or hospital-based imaging experience is an advantage.
