What we’re looking for:

  • Current certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (ARRT-N or NMTCB)
  • Strong clinical background in nuclear medicine procedures and imaging protocols
  • Ability to operate, calibrate, and maintain nuclear imaging equipment
  • Knowledgeable in radiation safety standards and proper handling of radiopharmaceuticals
  • Previous experience in a hospital or diagnostic imaging environment preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Commitment to high patient safety and confidentiality standards

Key responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of nuclear medicine imaging procedures as ordered by referring providers
  • Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals for imaging and therapeutic purposes
  • Safely manage imaging equipment and ensure all quality control standards are met
  • Maintain detailed, accurate patient records and documentation
  • Collaborate closely with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
  • Explain procedures to patients and address any questions or concerns
  • Adhere to infection control and departmental protocols
