Assignment Details:
- 13-week travel position in a leading imaging department
- 799A PET Imaging Services division
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of recent Nuclear Medicine experience
- Active certification from the NMTCB (Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board)
- American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support) required
- Experience with Cerner electronic health records preferred
Responsibilities:
- Conduct PET imaging procedures in accordance with regulatory safety standards
- Collaborate with radiologists and interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal diagnostic care
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records within the Cerner EHR system
- Safeguard and calibrate imaging equipment, ensuring compliance with hospital protocols
- Support patient education and ensure their comfort throughout procedures
