Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Graduation from an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology Program
• Active registration with ARRT (N) or NMTCB

Responsibilities:

• Conduct nuclear medicine tests and therapeutic procedures utilizing radionuclides
• Adhere to established protocols ensuring image quality and patient safety
• Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment and monitor inventory of radioactive materials
• Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and healthcare staff to deliver precise and timely diagnostic results
• Carefully explain procedures and address patient concerns, prioritizing comfort and safety
• Document and maintain accurate patient records and procedure logs
• Ensure compliance with all radiation safety and infection control standards
