A rewarding opportunity is available for a skilled Nuclear Medicine professional with expertise in CT/PET technology. This contract position offers a consistent schedule with day shifts, working five 8-hour days per week at a single location in Newark, DE, providing stability and focus with no float requirements.

Location:
Situated in Middletown, DE, this role is conveniently based near Newark, providing access to excellent community resources, dining, and recreational activities. Responsibilities:

  • Operate and manage nuclear medicine imaging equipment including CT and PET technology
  • Ensure high-quality diagnostic imaging while adhering to safety protocols
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide accurate and timely diagnostic information
  • Maintain equipment and perform quality control procedures as required
  • Provide patient care and education during imaging procedures

Qualifications:

  • Certification from NMTCB or ARRT in Nuclear Medicine AND an additional certification in Radiology or CT, such as ARRT(R), ARRT(CT), or NMTCB(CT)
  • Valid Delaware state license for Nuclear Medicine Technology
  • Proven ability to work efficiently in a mobile imaging unit environment
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, 8-hour day shifts
  • October start date
