Qualifications & Skills:

  • Valid certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology (CNMT or ARRT-N).
  • Active and unencumbered licensure, where applicable.
  • Demonstrable experience in nuclear medicine imaging techniques and protocols.
  • Proficient in operating imaging equipment, handling radiopharmaceuticals, and adhering to safety standards.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and a commitment to quality patient care.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures following established protocols and standards.
  • Administer radiopharmaceuticals and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
  • Operate and maintain nuclear medicine equipment, ensuring images are clear and accurate for review.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.
  • Document procedures, maintain accurate patient records, and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with radiologists and physicians to interpret and communicate imaging results.
