A rewarding opportunity is available for a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to support patient imaging services in New York, NY. This contract assignment offers a dynamic environment where advanced Nuclear Medicine techniques are utilized to assist in accurate diagnoses and treatment planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures adhering to established safety and quality protocols.
  • Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals following regulatory guidelines.
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment with precision and care.
  • Collaborate effectively with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and patient records in compliance with institutional standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current BLS certification.
  • Certification through ARRT(N) or NMTCB.
  • Valid New York State technologist license.
  • Experience in nuclear medicine imaging procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Schedule and Duration:

  • Contract length: 13 weeks.
  • Shift: Five consecutive 8-hour day shifts; specific schedule details will be discussed during the interview process.

Additional Information:

  • This assignment includes a required in-person scan interview lasting 3 to 4 hours, with compensation provided.
