This dynamic position involves the use of radionuclides and radiopharmaceuticals to perform diagnostic and therapeutic Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT procedures. Schedule:
- Full-time travel position
Qualifications:
- Completion of training in venipuncture
- Experience with Siemens PET/CT, GE General Nuclear Medicine software, and Spectrum Dynamics DSPECT for Nuclear Cardiology
- Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical records
- Licensed by the State of Massachusetts Radiation Control Board
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (Nuclear); or
- Certified by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board
- Registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (CT) preferred
- CPR (BLS) certification required
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic Nuclear Medicine/PET CT procedures under the supervision of qualified personnel
- Operate imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
- Ensure all activities meet applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations and hospital policies
- Accurately document procedures using EPIC
- Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and clinical teams to deliver superior patient care
