Qualifications:

• Valid certification with ARRT(N) or NMTCB
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience in imaging procedures specific to nuclear medicine
• Proficiency using nuclear medicine equipment and technology
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and patient interaction skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct nuclear medicine imaging procedures according to physician orders
• Prepare, administer, and document radiopharmaceuticals in line with safety protocols
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Monitor patients during examinations and respond to any immediate needs or adverse reactions
• Maintain accurate and timely records of all imaging procedures and patient interactions
• Uphold strict adherence to infection control, radiation safety, and quality assurance standards
• Assist in maintaining equipment functionality and troubleshooting minor technical issues as needed
