Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology (CNMT or equivalent)
- Current state license or eligibility if required
- Completion of an accredited Nuclear Medicine program
- Proven experience working with SPECT/CT, PET/CT, and radiopharmaceuticals
- Thorough knowledge of imaging protocols, quality assurance, and radiation safety
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform nuclear medicine imaging studies and therapies as ordered by physicians
- Accurately calibrate and operate imaging equipment, ensuring optimal image quality
- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with safety and regulatory guidelines
- Provide clear patient instructions and compassionate care throughout procedures
- Maintain precise records and contribute to a team-oriented environment
