A healthcare facility is seeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist proficient in both Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT procedures. This contract assignment offers an engaging opportunity to work alongside a multidisciplinary imaging team in a dynamic clinical environment.

Schedule:

  • Monday: 7:00 am – 1:00 pm
  • Tuesday: 7:00 am – 6:00 pm
  • Wednesday: 7:00 am – 2:00 pm
  • Thursday: 7:00 am – 2:00 pm
  • Friday: 7:00 am – 6:00 pm (Schedule may be adjusted as required by site leadership)

Pay for this role is set at $101 direct.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine and PET/CT procedures.
  • Operate, calibrate, and maintain imaging equipment according to safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals as needed for imaging studies.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care and accurate study results.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records related to patient exams and procedures.
  • Adhere to all regulatory, safety, and infection control protocols.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Florida State License CRT in Nuclear Medicine & Computed Tomography.
  • Certification in CNMT NMTCB (Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist), CRT (Certified Radiologic Technologist), and NUC_Tech ARRT.
  • ARRT registration in one of the following: RT(R), RT(CT), or RT(MR); RTCT ARRT; RTMR ARRT; RTR ARRT.
  • Graduate of an AMA Council on Education approved Nuclear Medicine Technology program.
  • Submission requires all relevant certifications, college diploma or transcripts.
  • Prior experience with both PET/CT and Nuclear Medicine required.
  • No on-call required.
