Working alongside seasoned full-time staff within a dynamic nuclear medicine and PET department, you’ll engage with cutting-edge Siemens technology and advanced practices in a 700-bed hospital. Exposure to both inpatient and outpatient settings enhances your professional skills and broadens your clinical perspective. Collaborate in a team-focused culture, deepen your understanding of nuclear cardiology, oncology PET, and refine your resume with new technology and workflow experience.
Schedule & Hours:
- Monday—Friday, day shift only
- No call and no weekends
- Guaranteed 40 hours weekly
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in general nuclear medicine, nuclear cardiac and PET oncology imaging
- Active CNMT or ARRT(N) certification and valid state license
- Experience with Siemens equipment and EMR systems (Epic, NMIS)
- Adaptability to float between inpatient and outpatient settings (just a short 10-minute drive apart)
- Team player with strong patient-centered focus and self-motivation
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform nuclear medicine and PET procedures, ensuring high-quality imaging and patient safety
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health providers
- Operate Siemens imaging systems and maintain accurate patient records
- Support departmental workflow, whether assigned to the main hospital or outpatient site
