Step into a dynamic imaging environment where your expertise in Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT technology will be highly valued. This contract opportunity spans 13 weeks and focuses on the delivery of patient-centered care utilizing state-of-the-art GE Omni equipment.

Schedule and Hours:

  • 4x10's day shifts

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of dual certification: Either NMTCB or ARRT(N) and one of the following—ARRT(R), ARRT(CT), or NMTCB(CT)
  • Valid New York State licenses in both Nuclear Medicine and Radiology
  • Prior experience working with GE imaging equipment, particularly the GE Omni system
  • Relevant experience in Nuclear Medicine, CT/PET technology, and radiologic technology

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate GE Omni system for performing nuclear medicine and PET/CT imaging studies safely and accurately
  • Follow best practices for imaging protocols to produce high-quality diagnostic images
  • Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals as needed, strictly adhering to safety and compliance guidelines
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, technologists, and the broader care team to ensure timely and precise imaging for effective patient diagnosis and treatment
  • Maintain accurate patient records, document procedures, and uphold all regulatory standards for quality assurance
  • Provide clear communication and quality care to patients throughout the imaging process
