This travel assignment places you alongside a dynamic nuclear medicine and PET team, allowing you to work closely with established professionals, learn from diverse workplace methods, and expand your resume with hands-on experience in a large, 700-bed hospital using advanced Siemens equipment. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and gain exposure to both inpatient and outpatient imaging environments, ensuring you grow professionally and personally during your assignment.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Monday to Friday day shift
  • No weekends
  • No call required
  • Weekly guaranteed 40 hours

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in general nuclear medicine
  • Proficiency in nuclear cardiology and oncology PET imaging
  • CNMT or ARRT(N) certification and a valid state license
  • Experience with Siemens imaging systems preferred
  • Experience floating between hospital and outpatient imaging is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills; self-motivated, enjoys collaborative/team settings, and remains patient-centered

Responsibilities:

  • Perform nuclear medicine and PET imaging procedures for inpatient and outpatient populations
  • Ensure imaging protocols and patient care standards are maintained in accordance with hospital policies
  • Accurately document procedures using Epic and NMIS electronic medical records
  • Flexibly float between Portland and Scarborough locations (easy 10-minute commute)
  • Participate actively in continuous learning within a supportive, large teaching institution
