Key Qualifications:

  • Registered or certified in Nuclear Medicine Technology (ARRT or NMTCB preferred)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in operating CT, PET, and nuclear medicine equipment
  • Prior experience in a clinical imaging setting
  • Strong understanding of radiation safety protocols and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction
  • Ability to work independently with precision and attention to detail

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures, including nuclear medicine scans, CT scans, and PET imaging
  • Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with safety standards
  • Ensure patient comfort, safety, and confidentiality throughout the imaging process
  • Accurately process and analyze imaging results for physician review
  • Consistently maintain and calibrate imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Uphold infection control and quality assurance protocols
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care
