An opportunity is available for an experienced imaging professional with expertise in Nuclear Medicine, CT Technology, and Nuclear Medicine Technology. This contract role requires a clinical care provider able to deliver patient-centered, holistic care and contribute to high-quality outcomes.

Schedule/Hours:

  • On call, as needed, with a 45-minute response time.
  • Every other weekend (EOW) coverage.
  • Variable weekday shifts: 6:30 am–3:00 pm, 7:30 am–4:00 pm, or 8:30 am–5:30 pm.

Key Qualifications:

  • Professional experience in Nuclear Medicine and CT imaging.
  • Certification and licensure relevant to Nuclear Medicine Tech roles.
  • Comprehensive understanding of medication dosing and coordination with pharmacies.
  • Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
  • Strong communication, advocacy, and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and navigating variable shift demands.
  • Capability to respond to calls and arrive onsite within 45 minutes as required.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality imaging and nuclear medicine services in accordance with clinical best practices.
  • Manage on-call responsibilities, including coordinating dose ordering with pharmacies and communicating wait times to providers and patients.
  • Deliver clinical care that aligns with patients’ personal and holistic goals.
  • Document, monitor, and evaluate patient status and progress throughout the care process.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes, seeking additional resources for complex situations.
  • Advocate for patients and families, ensuring a high standard of care and satisfaction.
