Deliver advanced nuclear medicine imaging services to adolescent through geriatric patient populations in a progressive healthcare environment. This contract opportunity requires expertise in a variety of nuclear medicine systems and processes. Play an integral role supporting high-quality care and diagnostic accuracy while adapting to a dynamic clinical setting.

Schedule:

  • Day shift, 4x10-hour schedule (06:00 – 17:30)
  • Every other weekend required
  • Call: 1 week (7 days) per month. Weekdays: shift end to 2300; weekends: 0700-2300
  • Will float as needed within facility and scope of practice

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Nuclear Medicine; first-time travelers not accepted
  • Certification: BLS, ARRT-R and/or NMTCB required
  • Proficient with Xceleris processing, Fuji Synapse 5 PACS, AtomLab960, Capintec CRC-55tR & CRC-15 Beta, LudLum Model 14C, and Bicron 2000
  • Experience with PACS, Philips Skylight, and Siemens Symbia Evo essential
  • Prior Epic electronic medical record use preferred
  • Comfortable serving an adolescent to geriatric patient base

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a broad range of nuclear medicine diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
  • Operate and maintain advanced imaging and survey equipment
  • Accurately process and document studies using defined hospital systems
  • Adhere to established protocols and patient safety regulations
  • Participate in on-call coverage and work scheduled holidays according to assignment
  • Float within the facility if needed, staying within nuclear medicine scope

Additional Details:

  • Compliance with pre-employment requirements and orientation is mandatory to avoid delay in start date
  • Must wear dark grey scrubs while on shift
  • Flexible holiday scheduling: willingness to work major holidays during assignment as outlined
