Embark on an impactful contract opportunity as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist providing critical imaging services for a diverse patient population ranging from adolescents to geriatrics. This role requires a minimum of two years of Nuclear Medicine experience—first-time travelers are not accepted.

Schedule & Hours:

  • Four 10-hour day shifts weekly (06:00 – 17:30)
  • Every other weekend required
  • On-call rotation: one full week (7 days) per month, Monday – Friday after shift until 23:00, weekends 07:00 – 23:00
  • Holiday coverage: expectations based on the number of major holidays during your assignment

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active certification in BLS, ARRT-R, and NMTCB
  • At least two years of experience in Nuclear Medicine
  • Proficiency with nuclear imaging systems including Xceleris processing system, Fuji Synapse 5 PACS, AtomLab960 Thyroid Probe/Well Counter, Capintec CRC-55tR and 15 Beta dose calibrators, LudLum Model 14C, Bicron 2000 survey meters
  • Familiarity with PACS, Philips Skylight, Siemens Symbia Evo, and EPIC required
  • Ability to float within facility and scope of practice as needed
  • Must wear dark grey scrubs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all aspects of nuclear medicine imaging, including patient preparation, procedure execution, and post-procedure care
  • Accurately operate and maintain all assigned imaging and dose calibrator equipment
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and all regulatory guidelines
  • Document patient records and imaging data efficiently in Epic and PACS
  • Collaborate with staff and adapt to floating assignments as necessary
  • Deliver safe, high-quality care during routine, on-call, and holiday shifts
