An excellent opportunity is now open for an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join a dedicated imaging team on a contract assignment. This dynamic role requires proficiency in all aspects of Nuclear Medicine and offers a supportive environment where your expertise will make a difference in patient care.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Mondays at Sutter Tracy — 10-hour shift
  • Tuesdays through Thursdays at Mercy Merced — 10-hour shifts

What You’ll Bring:

  • Current certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology (CNMT or ARRT-N)
  • Demonstrated competency in nuclear medicine procedures and equipment
  • Ability to accurately follow protocols and ensure high-quality diagnostic images
  • Strong patient-centered communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work efficiently across different sites, as scheduled

Role Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of nuclear medicine imaging studies safely and efficiently
  • Prepare, calibrate, and administer radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with regulations and best practices
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and fellow technologists to achieve diagnostic goals
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort, explaining procedures and offering reassurance throughout the process
  • Maintain detailed, accurate records and comply with all privacy and safety standards
