Embark on an engaging assignment as a PET/CT Technologist, bringing your expertise in Nuclear Medicine and Imaging to dynamic clinical environments. Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Four 10-hour shifts per week

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Current CNMT or ARRT(N) certification
  • NMTCB(CT), ARRT(R), or ARRT(CT) certification
  • Valid New York State license for Nuclear Medicine and CT
  • Active BLS for Healthcare Providers
  • Demonstrated experience operating the GE Discovery IQ system
  • Adaptability and willingness to work across multiple hospital sites
  • Strong communication and patient care skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality PET/CT imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
  • Operate and maintain the GE Discovery IQ scanner, ensuring optimal performance and accurate results
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other technologists to deliver exceptional patient care
  • Adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements for imaging, radiation, and patient confidentiality
  • Provide clear instructions and support to patients to ensure comfort and cooperation during procedures
  • Document clinical information, maintain accurate records, and contribute to overall workflow efficiency

Assignment Details:

  • 13-week contract with a minimum of 36 hours per week required
  • Work across several hospital sites
