Nuclear Medicine Technologist in Weslaco, TX

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Perform nuclear medicine procedures using state-of-the-art imaging equipment
• Conduct quality control on imaging devices to ensure optimal performance and safety
• Start intravenous lines as needed for imaging protocols
• Demonstrate attention to detail in preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals
• Adhere to all safety standards and regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for pediatric and adult patient care (pediatric experience is a plus, but not required)
• Document imaging results and clinical notes accurately in the health records system

Required Qualifications:

• Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist (CMRT), Texas Medical Board
• CNMT: Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMTCB) OR N-ARRT: Registered Nuclear Medicine Technologist (ARRT)
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in radiology (any or all modalities)
• Proficiency with IV insertions and quality control procedures
• All nuclear medicine certified professionals encouraged to apply
• Pediatric imaging experience is preferred, but not required

$2,967 - $3,128/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
