Key Qualifications:

• Current ARRT (R) certification required
• Active BLS certification required
• Proven experience in diagnostic radiology, with the ability to work in a range of environments (including operating room, fluoroscopy, portable X-ray, and emergency department settings)
• Solid understanding of medical imaging protocols and safety standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt in a fast-paced clinical environment

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures, including routine X-rays, OR imaging, fluoroscopy, portable exams, and emergency department studies
• Ensure accurate patient positioning and implement radiation protection practices
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide clear imaging results for diagnosis and treatment planning
• Maintain proper documentation, accurate records, and patient confidentiality in accordance with regulatory guidelines
• Calibrate and maintain radiologic equipment, reporting any technical issues promptly
• Provide compassionate care to patients, addressing concerns and ensuring their comfort throughout procedures
