Qualifications and Experience:

• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
• Current ARRT certification in Radiography
• Valid state license as required for radiologic practice
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in a hospital or clinical imaging setting
• Proficiency with digital imaging equipment, PACS, and related imaging software
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient interaction
• Ability to maintain accurate records and adhere to safety protocols

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures as ordered by clinicians, ensuring adherence to protocols and patient safety standards
• Position patients appropriately for imaging to produce optimal diagnostic results
• Operate and calibrate imaging equipment, reporting technical issues as needed
• Accurately document procedures, patient histories, and maintain imaging records
• Follow infection control, radiation safety, and privacy compliance in all processes
• Communicate clearly with physicians, nurses, and other team members to coordinate diagnostic services and report urgent findings
• Provide clear instructions, support, and comfort to patients before, during, and after procedures
