Seeking a skilled Radiology Tech to support imaging services in a dynamic healthcare environment. This contract role is ideal for professionals with experience in performing diagnostic imaging procedures and assisting medical teams in delivering outstanding patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate imaging equipment including X-ray, fluoroscopy, and digital radiography units
  • Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and safety throughout exams
  • Accurately position patients and select proper imaging techniques based on physician orders
  • Collaborate closely with radiologists and other healthcare practitioners to ensure high-quality diagnostics
  • Maintain clear, accurate records and adhere to all confidentiality, infection control, and safety protocols
  • Perform routine equipment checks and assist with troubleshooting minor technical issues
  • Provide compassionate, informative care and instruction to patients before, during, and after exams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification or eligible
  • Valid state licensure as a Radiology Technologist
  • Proven experience in a hospital or clinic setting, preferably in a high-volume imaging department
  • Strong attention to detail with proficiency in electronic medical records and PACS software systems
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
