Qualifications & Skills:

• ARRT certification (or equivalent) preferred
• Proven experience in general radiography and X-ray procedures
• Strong competency in CT and/or PET imaging techniques
• Familiarity with hospital imaging protocols and safety standards
• Experience operating imaging equipment and handling DICOM/PACS systems
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with medical staff and patients

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays and CT/PET scans, according to physician instructions and clinical protocols
• Ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after procedures
• Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment to ensure optimal functionality and image quality
• Accurately document images and patient information within electronic medical records
• Assist with patient positioning, capturing high-quality images for diagnostic interpretation
• Uphold infection control and radiation safety practices at all times
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate accurate and efficient diagnostic services
