Schedule/Hours

  • Mix of 10- and 12-hour shifts available
  • Opportunities on both day and night shifts
  • Schedules assigned and posted at least two weeks in advance
  • Weekend and holiday shifts dependent on department needs
  • Occasional call coverage required; 45-minute response time

Qualifications

  • ARRT RT(R) certification required
  • BLS certification required
  • Proficient in General X-ray, Fluoroscopy, and OR imaging procedures
  • Ability to float between General X-ray, Fluoroscopy, OR, ED, and Portables
  • Experience with EPIC EMR and SECTRA PACS (Windows OS)
  • Familiarity with multiple imaging systems: GE, Shimadzu, OEC
  • Adaptability to fast-paced hospital setting, handling 80-100 studies daily

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality imaging studies (General X-ray, Fluoroscopy, OR, ED)
  • Float efficiently among various radiology areas as needed
  • Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain departmental imaging equipment
  • Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and lead techs
  • Uphold best practices for patient care and departmental workflows
