Key Qualifications:
- Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification
- Valid state Radiologic Technologist license
- Demonstrated proficiency in operating radiographic equipment and performing diagnostic X-ray procedures
- Solid understanding of anatomy, positioning, and radiation safety protocols
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Prior experience in hospital or clinical imaging settings preferred
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-quality diagnostic X-ray examinations following physicians’ orders
- Ensure accurate patient identification and prepare patients for imaging procedures
- Operate radiologic equipment, adjusting settings to produce optimal images
- Adhere to infection control, quality assurance, and safety guidelines at all times
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Provide compassionate care and clear instructions to patients throughout procedures
- Collaborate with team members and assist with workflow as needed
