Qualifications & Experience:

• Active and current ARRT certification required
• Valid state radiologic technologist license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in diagnostic radiology
• Proficiency with X-ray equipment and digital imaging systems
• Strong understanding of radiation safety protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced clinical settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct diagnostic imaging procedures including routine and emergency X-rays according to physician orders
• Position patients and operate radiologic equipment to capture accurate images
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process
• Verify patient identification and maintain accurate documentation of procedures performed
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment as necessary
• Comply with all safety standards and HIPAA regulations
