An opportunity is available for an experienced Radiology Technologist with strong imaging and X-ray skills to provide expert diagnostic support in a dynamic healthcare setting. Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic radiology procedures, including X-rays, ensuring clear, high-quality images for accurate diagnosis
- Operate imaging equipment, following established safety standards and infection control protocols
- Prepare patients for procedures, explain processes, and answer any concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Accurately maintain patient records and document imaging findings in electronic medical records
- Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate imaging services and communicate results
- Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot assigned imaging equipment to ensure consistent operation
Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT or equivalent)
- Valid state license to practice as a Radiologic Technologist
- Demonstrated experience in imaging, including performing X-rays in a clinical or hospital setting
- Excellent attention to detail and adherence to quality and safety standards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient interaction
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
