Key Qualifications:

  • Valid ARRT certification or equivalent for Radiologic Technologists
  • Active state license for Radiologic Technology (if required)
  • Proven experience operating imaging equipment, including X-ray and radiology diagnostic devices
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and proper patient positioning
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate image capture
  • Excellent communication and patient-care skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic X-rays and other radiologic procedures as ordered by physicians
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures and explain the process to ensure comfort and safety
  • Accurately position patients and select appropriate imaging techniques based on clinical needs
  • Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment following quality assurance protocols
  • Adhere strictly to infection control and radiation safety standards
  • Document and maintain imaging records in accordance with departmental guidelines
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare staff to ensure seamless patient care
